Avi and Andres were amazing! They were so gracious, professional and willingly shared their expertise describing in detail each step and action taken to remediate flooding that occurred on three levels. In addition they did everything in their power to be respectful of the space, leaving no sign of their presence cleaning up after themselves in all areas. They also took extra time to listen to my concerns and areas for attention and did all of this after normal “business hours”. It was an emergency situation and they were both so calm and patient while the rest of us were stressed. They really made such a stressful situation so much easier! Thank you so much!!!!

Our hot water heater broke and we had 3-4 inches of water in the basement. Eric and Landell from SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn came right over. They explained the entire cleaning process. They sucked out the water, ran huge dehumidifiers and strong fans to dry everything out. They tested for any moisture inside the walls, which is great because we were concerned about getting mold. Luckily our floors are tile and concrete. They scrubbed the floors with antibacterial and antimold cleaner. They did a great job! I was a wreck when it happened, there was water everywhere, but 3 days later after all was dry and scrubbed, you can't even tell that we just had a big flood! I would definitely call them again!

SERVPRO was great in every way. They were professional, capable, clean and neat and most important, good people you can depend on. They alleviated a lot of stress during the process, walking you through it every step of the way and delivered. You can depend on them to get the job done...and done right

My 89 year old mother-in-law had a water pipe break on December 31, 2020. Over 1 inch of water throughout the entire basement. SERVPRO responded at 8pm on New Year's Eve and began the cleanup. Stayed for over 2 hours to remove all the water. Returned the next 2 days - Saturday (New Year's Day) & Sunday - to complete the cleanup. Absolutely great service

I wanted to give a big thank you to guys from SERVPRO that took care of the mess that was my home. We had a broken pipe on Labor Day and were totally stressed about what to do. Thank God for Rob and his crew.

I recently used SERVPRO of NW Brooklyn. They are the best! They were recommended to me by my insurance agent after a pipe burst in my home. They worked in my home removing walls,taking down ceilings and removing cabinets, wall units etc.The crew including Robert, the owner, could not have been more caring. SERVPRO NW Brooklyn is to be commended for not a job well done, but for a job that could not be done any better. I would hope that all of your other franchises are as good as they are.
