I needed mold remediation done in a room at my house after Hurricane Ida. Avi and Arturo showed up on time, got to work quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I was completely reassured about the quality of the work they provided. I’d highly recommend this team to put your mind at ease when dealing with a challenging situation with mold!

Avi and Andres were amazing! They were so gracious, professional and willingly shared their expertise describing in detail each step and action taken to remediate flooding that occurred on three levels. In addition they did everything in their power to be respectful of the space, leaving no sign of their presence cleaning up after themselves in all areas. They also took extra time to listen to my concerns and areas for attention and did all of this after normal “business hours”. Used SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn for water mitigation and rebuild after storm roof damage. The mitigation was done very quickly and effectively. Their team did a great job protecting our belongings, moving them around and setting up plastic covers while they did the drying, and left the place very clean.  I  scheduled the rebuild,  once they arrived they replaced drywall and repainted efficiently, with the same attention to our belongings as during the mitigation work.

Our hot water heater broke and we had 3-4 inches of water in the basement. Eric and Landell from SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn came right over. They explained the entire cleaning process. They sucked out the water, ran huge dehumidifiers and strong fans to dry everything out. They tested for any moisture inside the walls, which is great because we were concerned about getting mold. Luckily our floors are tile and concrete. They scrubbed the floors with antibacterial and antimold cleaner. They did a great job! I was a wreck when it happened, there was water everywhere, but 3 days later after all was dry and scrubbed, you can't even tell that we just had a big flood! I would definitely call them again!

My 89 year old mother-in-law had a water pipe break on December 31, 2020. Over 1 inch of water throughout the entire basement. SERVPRO responded at 8pm on New Year's Eve and began the cleanup. Stayed for over 2 hours to remove all the water. Returned the next 2 days - Saturday (New Year's Day) & Sunday - to complete the cleanup. Absolutely great service

I recently used SERVPRO of NW Brooklyn. They are the best! They were recommended to me by my insurance agent after a pipe burst in my home.
