Roof Storm Damage

This roof was damaged after a tree fell on it. The storm rains left significant damage to the room. Just a small portion of the roof was damaged but a lot of water had gotten into the home.

The ceiling drywall was removed and the flooring ripped out. All these will be replaced in due time but the main concern is getting the home dry before mold can begin to grow on the organic materials.

After SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn was called, we got to work on getting the roof covered to keep any future weather out.

Drying seems as if we are just pointing fans in different directions but there is a scientific calculation we take into consideration to determine evaporation and dehumidification balance.
